It is natural, like breathing. It doesn’t require thinking, yet it does, but not the form of thinking we are used to. It happens when mind, body and soul form one, when they dance with the same restlessness around the same fire in the same forest.
It is something inner, not outer. It can only be felt and acknowledged from the inside.
It is like the morning dew, brilliant and limpid little pearls who gently dwell on the blades of grass and the tenderest leaves, not because they must, but because they love doing so. It is like the wind who endlessly blows rousing the seas and swaying the trees.
Once you understand who you are, and you simply live up to that, accepting yourself entirely
Once you lower down all the barriers, the constraints and the expectations
Then you become like the morning dew and the wind
